To be eligible to participate in Job Training you must: - Be a United States Citizen or an Eligible Non-Citizen
- Complete all Selective Service Act Requirements
- Be a resident of Wayne County
- Be economically disadvantaged and have encountered barriers to employment
The following information must be provided to prove eligibility: - Gross income for the past 26 weeks

You are considered economically disadvantaged if you are: - Unemployed for a length of time
