Workforce Wayne

Workforce Wayne has completed several informative studies.  Among them are the following done by consultants:

• The Collaborative Education and Training Model Report, prepared by HCDI, March 2010.

• The Workforce Wayne Incubator Study, January 2010, prepared by Thomas Mailey.

• The Broadband Needs Assessment, prepared by Dellicker Associates, December 2009.

• The Education and Training Needs Assessment, prepared by the Institute for Public Policy and Economic Development at Wilkes University, November, 2009.

This 2010 Memorandum of Understanding between Workforce Wayne and 14 Colleges and Universities in the region helps to coordinate and expand higher education opportunities in Pike and Wayne Counties and leads to increased collaboration among all education providers.

The Final Report completed for Wall Street West highlights the many accomplishments through December, 2009.

This informative booklet describes Workforce Wayne's collaborative efforts and vision for the future.

The 5th Annual Meeting Progress Update discusses the 2010-2011 Impact Report, along with training areas of focus for Wayne and Pike Counties, and how individuals and organizations can become involved with Workforce Wayne.
